THE BASICS
I. Where do Hydro Charters jetski tours set off from? All of our tours leave from our main office at Blue Haven Marina, at the Blue Haven Resort in Leeward, Providenciales. We do not typically provide pick-up service, however please contact us if you need assistance getting to Blue Haven.
II. Where can I access information on Pricing, Availability, and Tour Package Options? Click the link below to access our TOURS homepage, where you can browse tour options, pricing, and find our booking calendar for availability. Alternatively, call us at XXXX, or scroll to the bottom of this page to contact us with any questions or requests. We respond promptly during business hours, and are eager to address your questions.

What are your operating hours, and do you take walk-ins?We run tours seven days a week, 9am to 7:30pm (sunset). We require a reservation to run a tour, however you’re welcome to come into the office to book, or talk to us about a potential ride in person.

What is Hydro’s refund policy?Cancellations outside of the 48 hour window leading up to the booking will receive a full refund

What is the payment process?After reserving your spot online, we will reach out to check in and give you any information leading up to the tour. After your adventure, we will send an invoice via email with easy instructions on paying online. All major credit cards accepted, except Amex.
